Quenching table water combination control,intelligent adjustment,quenching intensity,quenching area flexible adjustable,to ensure product hardness uniformity. Large and heavy-duty robots are used to transport each process,with high production efficiency and digital control. Machining production line adopts full CNC turning machining center and CNC drilling and milling center,and product testing realizes full automatic testing,which can cover all testing items.
